Shared Kitchen In Guilford County NC (Greensboro - Winston Salem - Kernersville - High Point - Lexin

I am looking for people interested in participating in a shared kitchen community that would be located in Guilford County NC. I am an entrepreneur looking to open a facility with 7 commercial kitchens. We would serve caterers, USDA food producers, gluten free food producers, bakers, cake decorators, and specialty food producers. We would also serve as a commissary for food trucks. Service includes food procurement, free marketing and recruitment of business/events for our members, use of shared kitchens, use of ball room, use of conference room, use of business center, individual lockable cold storage, individual lockable freezer space, individual lockable dry storage and lastly use of a studio kitchen for cooking classes, serve safe classes, and menu creation and implementation.  I would offer memberships that would include 20, 40, 60 and 80 hour allotments monthly. Rental rates that cost $15 - $25 dollars an hour depending of hours needed. I would also offer a pay by the hour membership for those that need smaller allotments of hours a month. In order to put this facility together I need to find out what the local area thinks about this idea? Any ideas, comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I happen to live in Guilford Co and I think it is an untapped market here. There is nothing similar for those with small business plans but don't have the start up for a brick and mortar operation. Kudos! This area has been maturing in the last decade and I think that a business like yours could soar. Where is the facility located, if I may ask? My fiancé is asking, he is a chef as well as a former restaurant owner x 2. You mention marketing, could you expand?

This is in the planning stages and it is currenently planned to be put in High point near business 85. This is a good location in my mind due to the highway systems we have in our county. This location allows for anyone in a 25 mile radius to be able to be a member with a fairly easy commute.
