How to sharp a Fillet Knife with whetstones

Hi,

I have a Zwilling Henckels Pro 7" Fillet Knife.

It's becoming dull and I'd like to sharpen it or at least touch it up with my whetstones but I am postponing because I am not sure how to do it due to the particular shape of this kind of fillet knife.

Would you have some tips or a link to a video showing a correct way?

Some context:
I started sharpening with whetstones a couple of months ago so I am a rookie, but I can get a burr and proceed to get my german knives acceptably sharp.
My stones: chosera 400 800 3000
