Hey! I am looking to find a new job, ideally with a restaurant or restaurant group (or hell, even a hotel) that has a good vision and concept, and is generally well-run. I am located in the Southern CA South LA county area, but am willing to relocated to almost anywhere in the state (and also would consider out-of-state or even out-of-country for the right opportunities).

Looking for a sous chef position and eventually a head position. Have held management and sous positions in the past. I've been cooking full-time professionally for 8 years. There is simply not much growth available at my current position and I would like to make a move with more opportunity. Willing to stage whenever possible to find a location that is right for me. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to start or how to find new places? Anything you've heard of that's looking for motivated staff?
