Hello everyone. When I make chicken noodle soup I like to get all my ingredients and have them at a low boil for an hour before eating. my question is simply how much broth evaporates during that hour of boiling? even a ball park of the Oz would be great! it's just chicken broth,no added water and it is in a dutch oven
You can stick a wooden ruler in the soup before it starts boiling and then after. Make up the difference with more water.
