Flatery

Tim Flatery Executive chef at Smith and Wollensky in Phili passed away on the 15th. He was only 41 years young.

He was from CT,his family lived one town north of me.

Gods got another great (but much to young chef)

Inquiry

Being a chiropractor, I'm curious as to the cause of death...his being 41 years young and all.

Best and I'm a foodie.   I know very little but the little that I know I want to know very well.

Wow that's a shame. It's terrible when a gifted person is taken from our midst. Harkens me back to the days when Patrick Clark was the Exec Chef at Tavern on the Green in Central Park. Those were the only years it wasn't a flaming tourist trap.

After reading that I've decided to close the restaurant today and take my kids sledding. Then mabye dinner and a movie.
Get back to the grind tomorrow.

I know that the fire that burns within us is a fast and furiouse fire . Some are consumed so quickly . What a life we have chosen , or perhaps has the life chosen us ? Peace , me........
