defrosting and frezing

Can I defrost calamari tubes to make rings and then refreze?

couldn't you just keep them frozen and bread them? then you wouldn't have to worry about defrosting?

don't refreeze.Ever.


Defrost, bread to order, cook. There is virtually no other way unless you buy it fresh, bread and freeze ( though this doesn't really produce great results unless you have a flash freezer), or you buy it already breaded and frozen.

Probably best to learn more about sanitation issues with this kind of thing.
