Pairings

I'm interested in food pairing suggestions. What goes well with what, etc. I recently learned for an example spinach, nutmeg and marjoram.

Hi, Buddyrv! You might have a look at the book Culinary Artistry by Andrew Dornenburg and Karen Page. You won't believe how many foods they discuss pairings for! It was published in 1996, but I'm sure you can still get it -- check with your local library, or you can probably buy it on Amazon or other book-selling websites.
