:) Hi.....everyone, just want to inform you all on the net, the Jakarta Association of Culinary Professional will host the 4th Indonesian Salon Culinaire on April 2-5, 2003. For this year competition we will have 16 different classes and 1 special class for hotel school students/beginner. I will send you a complete information if you wish to know more bout this event, just send me an e-mail.:chef:

Great....., unfortunately I was the public relation of the committe, for sure the result report will be posted on the Jakarta Chefs web, try to open www.theacpjakarta.com on April 12 2003, the result will be there.
