ChefTalk.com is proud to welcome author Leslie Mansfield to ChefTalk Cafe for a week long discussion about her new book

The Lewis & Clark Cookbook.

Recently Jim Berman wrote a review of Leslie's book which is available on ChefTalk.com and we thought it would be a great opportunity if we could discuss her new book with her and open it up to everyone in the Cafe.
