Hello all,

My is Patrick and I have been a passionate cook for twenty years. I started in the food industry as a cook in the Air Force although back then we were called aerospace food technicians. Go figure. Currently pursuing a degree in hospitality managment and about to start my own personal chef business. I look forward to meeting fellow chefs and learning along the way.
