This type of bread is part of a venezuelan holiday tradition that we venezuelans eat specially in the month of December and is made with smoked ham, green olives and raisins, I could say that it reach the umami factor combining perfectly the salty,sweet, smokey,briny flavors inside a  soft and moist bread dough I hope you like it
