||I worked for a few years as a line cook at an okay restaurant. It's been 27 years since then.
I'm "OregonYeti" because I trekked in the Indian Himalayas a lot in high school, and I'm now in Oregon.
I do a lot of experiments since I usually just cook for myself, but when I cook for other people I stick to more "normal".
