Cooked my way through college. Earned the Degree, but fell in love with the hustle; fell deeper with the creativity, passion took over, and then came that one night on the line when everything went out perfect, and on time, and nothing came back, and every guest was happy, and no cooks went to the ER or walked out.... Haven't had a night like that since. Cooking is my life, not just a job. |
