Culinary Experience

Cook At Home

About Me:

I'm an American academic previously on sabbatical in Kyoto. Cooking is my hobby, and I've gotten very serious about knives as well. Although I know a good deal about the restaurant trade, I've never worked in it -- nor will I, unless I lose my marbles.

Interests (Hobbies, favorite activities, etc.):

I cook, mostly. Listen to and play music.

What I do for a living:

I teach religion, mostly. Musicology too.
