||I work in the field of environmental toxicology at the local university. I have always enjoyed cooking and now that I have a place of my own, and some kitchen space to work with, I am trying to learn as much as I can about cooking. I'm here to learn as much as I can about all aspects of cooking and baking, especially pastries. Any and all tips/advice will be greatly appreciated, regardless of your level of experience.
