||I work at the Columbia, PA VFW as the Head Chef. I am also going to YTI Career Institute, Lancaster, PA campus; for culinary arts and restaurant management. I have been in the field since the age of 15. I have worked fast food and casual dinning. I have always worked either plumbing or culinary; however this time is the first time that I am only working culinary. I am 11 generation plumber and have always cooked since I was a little child. at the age of 5 I had my own chef's knife and was making mother's day dinner of BBQ chicken and tossed salad with baked bean and Cole slaw; when while cutting celery for the salad I sliced into my left index finger. I ended up with a large hook shaped scar that I like to say is my dicing callous. I am really getting into molecular gastronomy lately and absolutely love the science of it.
