||I was 10 when I wanted to be a chef. It wasn't until my late teens that I embarked on my career but since then I have completed over 13 years in a wide range of kitchens, including fine dining, contract catering and hotels. The longer I cook, the more there is to know. Life is about enjoying the journey!
