I am a home cook with more than 30 years of kitchen experience. A natural manager, I spent the first 17 years of my working life in the restaurant business which I dearly loved. My family eventually convinced me to get an MBA and a "real job" but I've never lost my love of food. Now that my kids are grown, I'm looking to fulfill my dream of owning my own, 1950's-style diner. Crazy? Maybe. But life is so much better when you're doing what you love. |
