About Me:

I am an advanced home cook with a focus on Cajun, Creole, Mexican, Italian, and Asian foods. I do occasional catering jobs but nothing full time as of this time.

Interests (Hobbies, favorite activities, etc.):

Beer and Wine. I am an advanced home beer brewer and wine maker with aspirations of opening a small brewpub in the near future. I brew on a small commercial grade pilot brewing system.

What I do for a living:

My full time gig is a paramedic with a metro city service. Retirement is coming real soon.
