||Cook At Home
||Attended Chouinard Art Institute in Los Angeles, where I'm from originally. Have had various jobs, then 20 years in the Motion Picture Industry, where I was an assistant to writers and producers, a Matte Artist, a Production Coordinator. Later wrote a few scripts for a television series. Then I was the artist for Mosaix Studio where I painted on stone. When that company was bought out, I went with Mosaix to new digs at Murray's Iron Works where I continued to paint the mosaic designs on limestone and granite until I moved to Winston Salem about three months ago. Cooking has always been a passion since I was sixteen when I began cooking for my father. He, being French, got me started on French Provencial cooking. From there I took up Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Mexican. For the past 26 years I've had 20-25 for Thanksgiving dinner, and I have done parties for 50+. Eclectic foods? I'd say yes. I've cooked lots of varieties of game, including serving rattlesnake at one New Year's Day party.
|Interests (Hobbies, favorite activities, etc.):
||Read a lot. History and fiction. Listen to all sorts of music from around the world, but most of my listening is Classical. Still paint, but am trying to organize my work area in my new home. Cooking, of course.
