I am originally from Andizan, Uzbekistan. Cooking has been part of me since i was young watching my grandparetns and parents cook. They always involved me helping form cutting stuff to starting fires so we could cook food. |

Curently working at Vincenzo's which is fine dining Italian restuarant. I love Italian food and the cusine because of its similaraties to where im from and what i believe in, simple food with simple ingredients and family oriented enviroment. |
