As the option to be an Apprentice Pastry Chef isn't there, I'll write it here. I'm an Apprentice. In my last (fourth) year, but I have been producing wedding cakes, breads and specialty items for years. This is a recent career change as well and I'm loving it. I was working under one of the BEST, literally and figuratively, Pastry Chefs in Canada. I look forward to earning my Red Seal and taking the Pastry World by storm. lol |

Well, the obvious. lol I often sit and watch a movie, and make gumpaste flowers/figures for cakes I have in my head. Music, most definitely. Anything from classical to rock. Spending time with my daughter and three grandchildren. |
