I'm a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with a BPS in Baking & Pastry Arts Management. A friend and fellow CIA grad from the culinary program are planning on opening a bakery-cafe in Westchester County, NY (approx 1 hour outside of NYC) by the Fall of 2010. We will have traditional sweet and savory items, as well as gluten-free and vegan offerings. |
