Cooking since I was 14...several careers until I did a complete change at 45l. Owned/operated a B&B for 5 years. I also enjoy reading, knitting and am a Renaissance Faire participant. |

I am currently pastry/garde manger/prep cook at the up and coming Ruffed Grouse Bistro in Thornbury, ON with an amazing chef who teaches me something new every day. |
