| About Me: |
Initially trained through the USMC basic and NCO advanced baking courses. Assigned as baker on watch initially in the bake shop designated "Best in the West" as result of a competition between all military dining facilities and moved on to chief baker before making the transition over to chief cook. I served as dining facility manager in the Wardroom aboard the USS Tarawa LHA-1. Now years later I make wedding cakes, pastries, pies, and other deserts for private parties. |

Part owner of a professional cleaning business and sanitation and safety consultation service. I make wedding cakes and do custom baking and pastry projects on the side. |
