My professional experience includes stints as a line cook, short order cook and dishwasher. These days, I'm an "event" cook. I normally cook for crowds of 50 - 300 folks at a time. I do 8 to 10 events a year. My specialities include gumbos and soups, curries and the occasional hog roast. |

Your signature can display a maximum of 300 characters, not counting HTML or BBCode markup. There is also a hard limit of 144 pixels of height. If your signature is too tall, the bottom of it may not show up.
