||My professional experience includes stints as a line cook, short order cook and dishwasher. These days, I'm an "event" cook. I normally cook for crowds of 50 - 300 folks at a time. I do 8 to 10 events a year. My specialities include gumbos and soups, curries and the occasional hog roast.
