At one point I planned on becoming a professional pastry chef. So much so that I apprenticed at Miel Patisserie for nearly 2 years in high school. While the experience was worthwhile, I ended up with a degree in math. I still absolutely love to cook. Specifically I like to cook new things, all the time. Every weekend is a new recipe or new technique. Perhaps I'll open up my own shop/restaurant/bakery when I retire... |

Aside from cooking...Being outdoors and traveling are really fun for me. I consider going to the gym a hobby of sorts since I find it rather enjoyable. |
