||I'm not professionally trained, but can't seem to get away form the food business. I wish I'd gone to culinary school now, but who would have guessed I'd have enjoyed working in the food business so much?
I've just expanded my business to include a 25 seat cafe in Rochester, NH. Quite a change from just catering and doing some take out from my previous space. I'm loving it! Rochester is a bustling community with a committed group of folks trying to revitalize the downtown. I'm enjoying being part of it all!
