Old school training, started as dishwasher, peeled potatoes and eventually began cooking potatoes.Now I do Pommes de Terre a la Boulangere. Madly passionate with A La Carte. Family man, I have 2 step children and a 4 year old boy with my loving partner Penny. Totally gratefull to be with her. She is the chocolate cream cake in my life. |
