I have worked over 30 years in food and hospitality businesses from Mom & Pop operations to multi-national corps. Have been line cook, sautee chef, kitchen manager, F&B manager, and bar manager at various points in time. I currently operate a dining service under contract at a private prep school with 35 employees and few million $$$ budget each year. |
