I enjoy working in random kitchens and stage as a hobby and just for fun. My time to 'shine on the line' has passed. Cooks are a rare breed. They are seldom recognized for what they do - and paid even less for doing it. I enjoy being in the company of others who value hard work, dedication and pride in everything they do. There are few greater expressions of humanity than one who lives their life to feed others. This is indeed the Greatest Profession. |
