||I have been cooking and loving it since I was a kid. Started in the industry when I turned 15 and was allowed to get a job.I have worked from small restaurants all the way up to mufti million dollar hotel and university kitchens. Held every position in the kitchen minus Pastry. ( pastry is just not for me).
