My name is Sean, I chosen my username coconut for the forums, because well it's an awesome ingredient. I am from a part of Northern Manitoba, it's well known for great fishing and the third clearest lake in the world. From where I live I'm a culinary rebel, I shun food made from a box and my food let's people forget about meat and potatoes altogether. If you would cut me open I'd bleed all sorts of things (curry, marinara, etc) because I love all cuisines. I am an open minded person, although if I do feel free to speak my mind, I am here to talk and allow people from all over the culinary world to expand my mind. |
