||In 2001 I lost my job as a security manager for a large retail chain. Couldn't secure another loss prevention job due to the 9/11 era. I did what other professionals had to do to take of the family. I became a dishwasher. If I was still a dishwasher I would be a sad man. 11 years later i'm a kitchen manager. It has had it's up and downs, but for the most part, I'm loving it.

||I'm a kitchen manager prepping to become the executive chef in two years. I work at a concert venue that can sometimes serve up to 500 people in a two hour window.
