Having unusual allergies and intolerances that crept up at different times, led me to rethink cooking several times in my life. Even though I've been cooking for over thirty years, it has only been the last 5 years that I've discovered my talent in recreating recipes for people with food allergies. Despite my many years of experience, I would have to honestly say that GF Breads, Baking (in general) and Raw Foodism are areas I lack in. These are also areas I'm working on improving. To that end, I just recently bought a Food Dehydrator and hope to work out Tofu Jerky. |
