||I worked my way through college partly by working in restaurant kitchens. I started the way many do--washing dishes. I graduated to pantry, and then did some line cooking in a seafood restaurant, and later made pizza in an Italian restaurant. I was also responsible for making the lasagna and Italian cheesecake. Later I cooked in some chain restaurants (Shrafts and Lundys) for the Reese Brothers.
That was a long time ago; and I after cooking almost nothing for decades, I now enjoy preparing the occasional home meal.
