||Aspiring chef since age 8. Began washing dishes at 14 with light prep duties that developed into large scale prep. First line cook position at age 18, first sous job at 20. First head chef job at 22...that was 11 years ago. ACF certified at age 25 as Chef de Cuisine.
|Interests (Hobbies, favorite activities, etc.):
||I read a lot, play guitar and bass, hang out with my 10-yr old son (he wants to be a chef) and tend a garden when the season permits. I love sharing kitchen stories with co-workers/fellow chefs...I've got some doozies.
|What I do for a living:
||Artist. Psychiatrist. Mediator. Whip-cracker. Professor. Gourmand. You know, the usual chef routine.
