Nomadic Chef, starting to settle. I Love Old Cars, Nice Bikes, Tattoos, Fine Cuisine, Fine Drink, and good Company. Life is too short to make others shorter, love the neighbor, and embrace all: You can learn something, from everyone you encounter. It's lunch and dinner, baby. Not life and death. I am a recent cancer survivor, and was also diagnosed with pulmonary sarcoidosis where I have now lost 43% of my left lung due to pulmonary fibrosis. Since getting sick, I have learned that I don't have to be going a million and six miles an hour, all day, every day. I have allowed myself the time to slow down, and meet a wonderful Ms.808JONO202, and have changed my outlook on life in many substantial ways. I am starting to settle after a whirlwind 18 years of exploring the USA, and the rest of the globe. I never thought I would say it, but with the great woman in my life, the great company I work for, I feel like I might just be willing to grow some roots. I joined this forum because I am out on "vacation"(post surgical medical leave), and was looking for a new, more laid back style food board, and this was suggested to me by another member here, so here I am! Don't wanna name my mate here, as I don't wanna get him in trouble, lol. |

Photography, drawing/sketching pen and ink, MINI Motoring Club/DC METRO MINI's, Sightseeing, Surfing(though I am a land locked Pirate now), traveling, traveling and more traveling. |
| What I do for a living: |
Corp Support Chef: Help with the daily operations of 11 units/culinary standard implementation/quality control/consistency control/making sure numbers meet. In the office when need be, and also, do a lot of our companies Digital Media/Photography. |
