About Me:

I am self taught chef who was first introduced to the joys of cooking at an early age by my mother. I primarily focus on Italian dishes because of their vast array of flavors and simplistic beauty. As a cook with deep Italian roots, I delight in bringing authentic Italian food to anyone who is interested.

I love wine and offer a wine pairing and wine menu consulting service for private consumers and professional establishments. My expertise is in finding excellent wine that is affordable, which appeals to many restaurateurs. Each wine menu is specifically tailored to the specific food menu items. No two are alike and each wine menu is unique to the establishment.

Interests (Hobbies, favorite activities, etc.):

Collecting antique copper pots and pans. Cooking. Wine. Wine pairing. Tweaking my recipes. Inventing dishes and cooking for those who love to eat. Teaching those who have a passion for food and wine. Traveling.

What I do for a living:

Cook and operate a boutique eatery. I also offer wine consultation services.
