The Sandwich Making Knife

Pros: Versatile for cutting, slicing, and spreading

Cons: Breadcutting limited

 I call this knife the sandwich knife because you can use it to cut your roll in half, slice off some pieces of cheese, spread your mustard, and then saw the sandwich in half. It works pretty great for this varied set of tasks, and in the end you only have one smallish knife to drop in the dishwasher instead of a breadknife, butter knife, and cheese slicer. If only it were 7 inches instead of 5 the bread cutting would work much better. With the limited length you will have some difficulty sawing through a sandwich. It can be done but another inch or two of blade would help a lot without hurting anything. All Henckels knives I've ever owned deserve high marks for quality, balance, and...
