Hello, If I were to slow cook 2x lamb shoulders of similar size ~2kg, do I have to double the cooking time, or remain at ~3 1/2 - 4 hours as though I was slow cooking x1 shoulder? Reason is that I don’t want to slow-cook a larger shoulder, as it’ll take up too much time, which I don't have. So...
