Hi there

I am looking for suggestions for a 10" chefs knife with a wooden handle for my brother who is a chef. My budget is about €100 (with leeway either side. 

I would love to know any thoughts on the Sabatier K knives, the 200 range?

I have also come across a Seki Mago Roku 300st knife (AB5233) - does anyone know how good/bad a knife this is. All details on the box are in Japanese!

If there are any other suggestions for wooden handle (he is very particular!)  10" knives I would be so appreciative - with so many brands out there it's hard to know which to go for. 

I'm based in Ireland so ideally something that can ship here?
