Hi there

I am looking for recommendations for a 10" chef knife with a wooden handle for my brother who is a chef. 

I have been looking at the Sabatier K 200 range? Has anyone any experience with this knife? 

I also came across a Seki MagoRoku 300st chefs knife (AB5233) recently (it was marked down which drew my attention) - does anyone have anything good or bad to say about this knife?

I would be looking to spend in the range of €100 (I'm based in Ireland). 

I would love to hear any thoughts or suggestions you may have as I am a little overwhelmed at the minute!
