Hello everyone, I am a student very interested in baking. I am currently enrolled in an English course and am writing a paper about my love of baking. Good luck! It's very good that you have a passion for baking, that will be necessary should you go into the culinary field, even baking. While not a baker myself, I have friends that own and/or work in bakeries. It is a field that can be rewarding, but also demanding.
