Anything I used to make all the time in my old oven (a benchmark, as it were), so that I could figure out how the new one is different.

Bread would be my very first choice, as it doesn't mess up the oven. ;)

It has to be chocolate. Brownies would be my first choice. :lips: :bounce:

Yeast bread. Whenever we move/new kitchen, the first thing I make is bread...it's like a thanks and a blessing for the house.
After that it chocolate.:lips:
