I wasn't sure where to post this, so feel free to move to the appropriate topic :)

I love Wolfgang Puck, and recently purchased a clever cooking tool from a shopping channel. It's a portable rice cooker, but also a mini pressure cooker... and the price was right. So many options are rolling around in my head... seafood, and on & on. I want to make the quiche. Can't wait to receive it.

Finally got around to playing with the rice cooker. The instructions and recipes aren't the best or clearly explained, so I did my own thing and tried orzo instead. Came out pretty good, and took about 20 minutes. Put it in the fridge, and planning on serving with shrimp (scampi) and lemony asparagus.
