I see I'm not the only one who desires help with rhubarb. I have one quart of cooked, but unsweetened, rhubarb. My husband would love a pie, but I would love anything else. I seem to recall eating some rhubarb bread, or maybe a coffee cake of some kind...but I can't find a recipe in my books. Anyone out there have a quick bread or coffee cake recipe for rhubarb?
