For those of us who know what it's like to be on the "other side" of the kitchen. Almost always mis-understood by our co-workers (right "angry chef" who isn't angry?).

This was written by Rose Levy Bernanbaum, and she posted it on the bread-bakers digest newsletter that was sent today. This is just a small clip,.....I think she's a beautiful writer and I wanted to share this.

Gosh, Hate That!!!
Much to close to home.
There is so much good in that and so much bad. I spent the last five yrs. of my life trying to change that. The older I get the more tired I get of the rules, formulas and the perfection.
