Hi I'm currently going to start pastry and will qualify next year June but December I am off to do hours for my city and guilds and I would like to ask for advice on applying for an internship in America in that process I would like to gain experience hours and money most probably a job there after let me know on where I could apply please.

If you want to be paid, you'll need a work visa as I understand it. A true internship is unpaid and can be completed on a student visa.
